Introducing Simp's Serious Caesar Mix - A truly inclusive product.  A Vegan, MSG free, Gluten free, Fish Free version of our National Cocktail. Our unique product opens the door to millions of Canadians who have never had a vegan or gluten-free option when choosing a Caesar mix! We've taste tested every Caesar Aficionado we know, and they all claim that hands down, this is the best Caesar mix they've ever had. We are confident that if you taste our mix against any other brand, you too will come to that conclusion. Our bottles are recyclable PET, ready to fit a speed spout for bartender ease of use. 

Tasting Notes

While our Caesar Mix contains no animal product (Clams, Fish), it is nowhere near definable as a simple Bloody Mary variation. Our intent was to create the ultimate Caesar Mix, and so our team spent the last 3 years in development, adding, removing and refining our ingredients to our blend until we finally found what we were aiming for in the mix we produce today.

We substituted the fish and clam element by adding balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, tamarind and roasted garlic for a bright Umami mouth feel, we even formulated our own Worcestershire from scratch and added horseradish for a slight slow burn on the finish. Combine these unique additions with a proprietary blend of spices, and we move miles away from the Bloody Mary and into the Caesar category.

Our goal was to be inclusive to the Vegan, Vegetarian and Celiac community, while impressing the Caesar Aficionados with our offering. To that end, we sampled every Caesar expert we know, including judges from several Caesar competitions who have told us point blank it is the best they've ever tasted. To really drive the point home, we entered our mix against 11 other Caesar Brands/Competitors in the Absolut Vodka Caesar Competition and took home the top prize for best Caesar.

All of these factors combined proved to us that we have created something really special, a Caesar mix unlike any other. Thick, smooth, bold, full of flavour and unhindered by adverse allergens so that everyone can enjoy our Nation's Official Cocktail.
